This is arguably Morricone’s finest soundtrack a work which is both deeply moving and cold as the snow covered landscape of the film.

The main theme alone is worth selling your favorate aunt to own a copy on vinyl.

This is the black boarded edition the existence of which was debated until recently and comes, alas, with the same damage to the sleeve as all editions of this record have. The printing was so poorly done on this record that the sleeves famously had ring wear on them by the time they hit the shops. This edition is better than most and only has a little ringwear to the top and bottom of the sleeve.

A must have for any Morricone fan, fan of Western, Soundtrack collector or any sane human being.
