Enrico Caruso on a Black Label Victor

A Granada & Noche Feliz - Victor 26571

263.  Caruso has been a mainstay of the Victor Red Seal label almost since it's inception.  But out of his hundreds of recordings, this is the only one to appear on a black (popular series) label.  It was issued in 1940 and used the same matrices that were used for the rare 1930s Caruso picture disc.  This copy is in excellent condition and shows only the lightest traces of wear.  There are no scratches, pits, chips, cracks or any other major defects.  I'll grade it a 9 on a scale of 10.
