Description
First pressing on RSO labels cat #SO-4801. This was mastered at Specialty and pressed at Monarch.
His first album after taking three years off due to his heroin addiction. The biggest hit to come off this album was of course a cover of Bob Marleys "I shot the Sheriff". It ended up being Claptons only #1 hit.
The name of the album was the address where he lived while he recorded the album. Afterwards he recommended it to the Bee Gees where they lived while recording "Main Course".
The vinyl is near flawless from the perfect labels to the amazing wax with deep grooves, extremely glossy, and looks unplayed.
The original inner sleave looks new and is in great shape with some ceases.
The original gatefold cover has good gloss, no cutouts splits or rips, slight rounding to some corners, very light color loss on front, crisp and smooth to the touch, and looks a solid VG+ with some very light bin/edge wear. Overall an amazing copy.
