The Record presumed mint as it is sealed.  I've had four of these throughout the years and all have been WLP.  Talking about the ones with a separate piece of paper inside the shrink wrap with song titles and credits attached with 2 pieces of tape that have turned brown over the years. I will guarantee this, no problem.  Also the picture of the guy with guitar is a sticker and at his best is embossed (under Eric Clapton, you can't see in photo)  It has been stored in resealable sleeve.  Has slight bump top left.
