One review from Steve Hoffman Music Forums:
In a word, this box set is STUNNING. Not just the packaging (although that's top notch, too), but the sound on these albums is phenomenal. Clapton's vocals and guitar are rich, three-dimensional, and have superb texture. In addition, there's deep, powerful bass, wonderful presence, and layers of detail. If that weren't enough, the vinyl is dead quiet.
