  For sale is a double vinyl record by Eric Clapton titled "Just One Night", originally released in 1980 by RSO Records, with a gate-fold cover presentation. I bought this record set used, professionally cleaned them on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put them into two MFSL archival inner sleeves. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the record. There are no original inner sleeves with this listing. The cover is graded as Very Good because of a creased corner, rough edges along the jacket's opening, corner blunts, edge rubs, ring wear and stress cracks along the spine. The spine has damage to the corners along with a little color loss in the middle from these rubs and stress cracks. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is machine stamped "Sterling" and "PRC", followed by the matrix numbers R-1/R-1/R-1/R-1. indicating that these records were mastered at Sterling Sound of New York City, N.Y. before early stampers were used to make these albums at PRC Recording Company's pressing plant, located in Richmond, Indiana. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers.  The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint for Sides One, Three and Four, with surfaces that are shiny and bright, in a like-new condition, without ant sleeve marks, surface scratches or spindle marks on the labels. Side Two is graded between Excellent and Near Mint because of one sleeve mark across most of the side, but still with surfaces that are shiny and bright, without any further defects. I'm play grading these records as Near Mint Minus because of occasional super low levels of background noise, hardly noticeable exexpt between tracks and during the quietest sections of playback, and one pop on Side Two. The records play all the way through without any skips or lock-ups from start to finish. They've been played on state-of-the-art audiophile equipment while I owned it and still have a lot of life left to them. This is still one of the best copies of this album that I have ever seen or heard and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, especially a PRC pressing.
