Label is "New York USA" on both sides. "Van Gelder" and the "ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides. Back cover has "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address.
Record looks VG++ and plays at VG+ with a few light non repetive ticks, loud passages at VG++. Record plays nice with some light surface noise. Record looks glossy and not worn. No scratches. Few light, superficial marks on Side 1. Label damage on side 2.
Cover is VG+.
Cover is a "4163" mono cover. Front cover has light to moderate wear and Blue Note "Stereo" sticker. Heavy wear at corners and moderate wear spots on bottom seam. No split seams. Back cover has moderate wear and small pencil writing bottom at the spine.
