Cover : VG++/NM-, wear to corners, 203 SO. Washington Ave., N.J. address on back, w/original wax paper inner sleeve

Vinyl  : VG++/NM-, very light scratches & scuffs with a few & very light crackles, a very short scratch with noticeable tick only one revolution on track 3 side A, very slight edge warp that does not affect plays at all, plays excellent, very close to NM-
