Auction winner must contact seller within 3 days of auction end.  Payment must be made within 10 days of auction end or sale will be considered void and item may be relisted for sale on ebay.  Non-paying auction winners will be given negative feedback and a NPB (non-paying bidder) report will be filed.

Payment: PayPal (preferred), money order, or personal check (7 days to clear bank).  Overseas bidders paying by money order must use a money order that is payable on a US bank--e.g., American Express, Barclays, CitiBank.

Shipping:  USPS media mail for this package will be $5.00. Overseas to be determined based on first class international airmail (for details, see below).  Item packed securely in a cardboard mailer with protective cardboard inserts.  Shipping charge of $1 included (along with winning bid & postage)  to cover packaging materials --professional quality mailers or sturdy cardboard box, cardboard inserts, protective vinyl sleeve on item, sealing of package with reinforced tape, printing of address label, and getting your package to post office.  Postage includes the $1 shipping charge.

Insurance: $1.65 for insurance to $50; $2.05 for insurance to $100; $2.45 up to $200, $4.60 up to $300, $5.50 up to $400, $6.40 up to $500, $7.30 up to $600.  For $600.01 to $5000 - $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value.  Seller not responsible for items arriving damaged if buyer has not purchased insurance.

Overseas Buyers: Postage including $1.00 shipping charge (see above) is based on first class international airmail.  (USPS no longer offers shipping by surface.).  For a general idea of first class international airmail rates, one LP airmailed is $7.46 to Canada; $10.30 to Mexico; $14.00 to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and a few other distant locations.  For countries in Europe, the airmail charge for one LP is $14.60.  (Posted USPS rates as of Feb. 28, 2008).

Registration of Package:  Overseas buyers have the OPTION of purchasing REGISTRATION of package for $8.45.  This puts a tracer number on the package so that, in the case of loss, theft, delay, etc., the package can be traced.  Every time the package changes hands, someone must sign for the package.  On a high-value item, this is a good way to reduce and protect against the loss of a soundtrack LP.  For customs, you can pay to have the package registered and I can still declare a low value (e.g., "used LP for gift" - $6.00").
