Near Mint Plus - the vinyl is as close to Mint as possible without hitting the mark. Gorgeous plating and labels (see photo details) - and only the faintest possible wispy superficial hairlines on Side One. Virtually spotless Side Two. 
The jacket has extremely light shelfwear and the seams are super solid, without the sort of raveling and splitting ordinarily seen on covers of this vintage (see photo details). Comes with original issue RCA Victor Living Stereo innersleeve.
