Estrak Lancios - Cosmopolitan wave Cosmic Disco LP

Estrak Lancios - Cosmopolitan Wave Pathe Marconi EMI C 070-14771, France 1979
This amazing album is the definition of 'ahead of its time'. Everything from the cover art to the labels to the music feel as if they could have been made in 2011, yet the LP is really from 1979. Spacy cosmic disco with a very funky touch, high energy most of the time and with the most crazy changes in energy throughout a song. The production is also ahead of its time, electronics + the warm compression of late 70s makes for an aural exploration. Hearing is believing...  And yes, the LP which only had a limited release in France at the time is very rare so get your bids up!
