Lost & Found / Everybody's Here - International Artists Records IA LP #3 (Stereo)(1968)(US) ...This auction is for an original issue (unplayed) Record on U.S. vinyl. It was factory sealed but recently opened to check to make sure it was not a re-issue (Turquoise label with no mention of "Mastersonics" in the trail-off vinyl). The Lost And Found were one of several obscure Texas psychedelic groups that were recorded by the International Artists label. Like the 13th Floor Elevators, their psychedelic sound was surely drug-inspired; one of the reasons they signed with International Artists, in fact, was because the label offered to have its lawyers help clear three of the band members of LSD-related charges (a serious offense in the mid-'60s). The group broke up after only this one album, which (like all the other International Artists recordings) has become a highly valued collectible years later.
