This listing is for a rare vinyl LP called Exploring The Unknown by The Voices Of Walter Schumann.
This record contains a mix of novelty orchestral space exotica like music mixed with spoken word portions. It's a silly, but fun record to listen to.
It was released in 1955 by RCA Victor with catalog # LPM-1025.
The record itself is in generally good condition with some visible surface scratches/scuff consistent with its age. But those haven't dulled the finish too much and it plays generally free from distortion.
Surface noise is present but not overly pronounced most of the time.
There is also some dust/dirt and finger print smudges, but a thorough cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound even more.
The sleeve is in what I would call fair good condition with visible shelf wear and creases, but not much ring wear.
There is a partial seam spit on the top and a very small one of the bottom corner of the cover (see photos). But the sleeve is still structurally sound despite these.
The cover itself is still fairly clean and certainly still in displayable condition.
Stored in a smoke free home, out of any direct sunlight, and away from any extreme temperature changes.
