Description
Extremely rare Kenny Dorham Quintet Debut DLP-9 DG. Solid VG- copy of this hard to find original Kenny Dorham Quintet 10” record released in 1954 on Debut Records. Maroon and gold Deep Groove labels pressed on styrene LP.
LP: VG-. Record has significant background noise (this is a characteristic of some Debut LPs since they pressed their records on styrene, not vinyl) but otherwise plays strong and clear without skips jumps or clicks. Dark maroon and gold Deep Groove labels are clean and intact without adhesive issues. Great daily use copy for your listening pleasure. See photos for details.
Cover: Poor. Cover is completely split into two parts, so would need to be taped or professionally repaired to serve as working sleeve. The two parts, however, are in VG condition with some foxing present on both parts, some faint handwriting, and sticker left over from previous owner on the upper left side of front cover. Repair would transform item into VG.
LP will come in protective Mobile Fidelity archive-quality sleeve. Cover will come in thick vinyl protective sleeve.
