FACTORY RECORDS ORIGINAL FAC 2 A FACTORY SAMPLE RARE DEBUT RECORD RELEASED 1978
Contains ALL 5 stickers including the autograph / signature of Peter Saville who designed the gatefold sleeve and all artwork 
The large sticker was signed in person by Peter Saville at the Urbis Exhibition based in Manchester in 2004.  I will provide photo proof to the winner to authenticate the autograph / signature

Originally intended for release in December 1978, this was actually released in two batches : 1000 copies on 24th January 1979 and 4000 copies on 1st March 1979.  This is from the original batch and has been owned from purchase direct from Factory Records by mail order in 1978.
