Superb Early UK 1970 Press With Pink Rim Island Labels NM
Description:
An original UK 1970 pressing of Liege And Lief by Fairport Convention, released on the pink rim Island label, catalogue number ILPS 9115. One of the defining British folk-rock albums and a cornerstone Island release.
This is a correct early pressing featuring the iconic pink rim “palm tree” labels and matrix endings A5 / B5, consistent with 1970 production. The sleeve is the original gatefold with the distinctive pink monochrome artwork and internal folk imagery panels.
A strong, well-preserved early UK example of this classic album.
