Description
This is an auction for a rare LP by, Fairpot Convention, Unbricking.
This was released by Island Records in 1969 and has catalogue number ILPS9102. Please check the pictures for pressing I think its a second press with the black swirl label and Island in black block.

Condition: The sleeve has discolour marks mostly seen on the rear, asome light small creases and buffing to the corners and edges. Spine text worn, no tears, bends, complete and graded at VG. please check the pictures for clarification.
This comes with its original patent inner sleeve which has a little yellowing but is otherwise fine, no edge splits.
Both labels have some very light spotting, under closer examination lots of tiny spider spindle trails can be seen on eash side. The centre hole shows some signs of wear. Again please check the pics for clarification.
The vinyl retains its new shine, two visible scratches can be seen on side one, and one on side two, when held under a strong light numerous other light and hairline scratches can be seen. I gave this a test play today and was pleased to find it actually plays better than it looks. At the beginning of track three on side one some crackles and a couple of quiet pops could be heard and on track four a tick could be heard on each rotation, possibly 3 or 4. On side two at the beginning of track two a tick can again be heard for a few rotations. Other than that and a few quiet crackles hear and there aside this played fine. The audio was surprisingly strong for a record that has obviously been quite well played and plays with no major deterioation in sound quality through nearly all of this LP, with the above mentioned feckling being background noise.
This one is graded at Good+, have to down-grade this significantly for the visible surface marks which are audible in places and for the fact it is well played, saying all that the audio is still pretty good and it does retain its new shine indicating it has been looked after.
A fine gap filler, probably not for the purist.
