FAIRPORT CONVENTION.WHAT WE DID ON OUR HOLIDAYS.1st PRESS.1968 Island ILPS-9092

Title: What We Did On Our Holidays.
Record Label/Company: Island.
Catalogue Number:ILPS-9092.
Description Of Item For Sale: 1968 Ist Press with Side 1 Matrix number ILPS+9092+A and Side 2 Matrix ILPS+9092+B2 and comes in a front Laminated Sleeve,made in England.
Vinyl: Excellent.Nice and glossy,does have a few light surface marks.I played the whole thing today,and heard maybe 1 or 2 pops,and some light crackle in the most minimal of places.Generally this record plays with a lovely crisp sound. LABELS: Side A label has been signed in pen by a previous owner.Both sides are nice and clean,but does show some light spindle marks.
Sleeve: Still stuck together fine,and not split.Please see my pictures,as the front is pretty good,as is the spine,but the back has some surface peeled off,and it is again signed.
Inner Sleeve: Excellent but corners folded.Plain white with inner bag.U.K.Patent No. 1,072,844,Foreign Patents Pending.
Extra Items: None.
POSTAGE:I will probably offer several options.Royal Mail are now very expensive,sadly I can do nothing about that.For U.K. I will see if it's cheaper to drop off at my local shop with their Drop off pre-payed service.For the post office,I never know where I am working,so can't be sure if I post morning or afternoon,but I will post the day after you pay,if you have payed before 10.30 pm.I don't get chance to look out for payments in the morning,as I leave for work at 6am,and take any parcels already payed for with me.PLEASE BE SURE TO CHANGE THE INVOICE TO THE SERVICE YOU REQUIRE.PLEASE DON'T MARK ME DOWN FOR POSTAGE COSTS,I AM NOT CHARGING FOR THE MAILERS,SO ACTUALLY LOOSE MONEY ON POSTAGE.
CONDITION:
All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:
Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.
Excellent-Some signs the record has been played,very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound,despite noticeable surface marks,occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items,without major defect is acceptable.
Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.
Fair-Just Playable-not nice.
TRACKS ARE: Probably available on Google.Also if I have made scans of labels or sleeve,click to supersize,and read them that way.

POSTAGE & PACKING:
I don't use Postage to make money.I try and weigh the parcels before I list the items and add packing cost to the postage cost.Sometimes I can't weigh 1st(Usually if I have to make a home-made parcel for odd sized items)and if I do that,I will make my best educated guess of the postage cost,but I don't often pack home made parcels before the bidding ends,because many people want to ask questions,so sometimes,I could be a little out.I do pack in secure parcels.
Ways To Pay:
Cheque,Postal Order,Cash On Collection.Postage cost will not be needed for collection,package will be charged for only if you need it,which you should not need if you collect yourself.Paypal is available as I have to offer it,although I personally would rather avoid it,I have to allow it.I despatch very quickly so don't worry,you'll soon get your goods if you are quick to pay.
Europe & Worldwide:
PAYPAL.Sorry I am not allowed to offer International Money orders any more,I like them,but Ebay don't.
FEEDBACK:
Although you are not obliged to leave feedback,I hope you do.If you get a record and are happy,please leave feedback so I know it has arrived,and that you are happy,then I can leave yours and erase the sale from my Email and Ebay page.If you are not happy,please ask for a refund.Many buyers don't leave feedback and it annoys me,so,If after a long time I get no feedback,I will leave your positive feedback assuming that you payed,then I will add you to my blocked bidder list.Harsh maybe,but Feedback is how Ebay works,I see no need to be so lazy,it is only good manners.
U.K: I prefere a Cheque or Postal order,or Cash on collection.Paypal is available,but I don't like it,although I have to offer it,and I won't hold it against you if you do use it. Rest Of World: Paypal.If you have any other suggestions,I am open hearing them BEFORE you bid.
