THE FALLEN ANGELS: It's A Long Way Down (Roulette SR 42011, stereo)

• Condition : Cover is NM, ink demo stamp inside gatefold, faintest bit of wear to back. Vinyl is NM on side one and EX on side two, which has a few minor scuffs.
• Description : Rare 1968 US original in unipak gatefold cover. Stunningly psychedelic second LP from D.C. band, one of the top LP's in the whole US psych canon. This was my personal copy for many years, I recently scored a perfect copy which was really only a slight upgrade from this copy. So this one goes on to the next owner. Oh, the cover is also one of the most stunning covers in the entire US psych canon, and appears to have been drawn at least in part (the right inner panel) by some heavy-duty speed-freaks; the drawing of them on the back cover with 'blank' eyes is pretty scary as well.
