Description
This is an extremely rare 45 RPM picture disc of "Farewell Aunty Jack", as performed by Aunty Jack and Thin Arthur (i.e. Grahame Bond and Rory O'Donoghue), from the early 1970's A.B.C.-TV. comedy cult classic, "The Aunty Jack Show".
Here's some trivia for you. This is the only
Australian song ever, to debute at No. 1 on the top 40.
I have owned this single since new, and despite being played, it appears to be in mint condition. I don't own a turntable anymore, so I can't tell you what it sounds like, but I can't see any marks on the playing surface. If you live in Sydney and would like to inspect it, please call me on 02-99551259, and I'll happily oblige. The disc comes in a clear plastic sleeve.
It's probably more than 30 years since I last played this disc.
