THE FARM BAND - "High On The Rim Of The Nashville Basin". (farm1001; stereo; 1975). Good private psych LP with a southern rock/west coast jamming feel from the these Tennessee hippie commune rockers. Recorded in Muscle Shoals. LP produced and distributed by the band. Players: Thomas Dotzler- organ, synth; Linda Hershfield, Louise Dotzler- vocals; Walter Ribideau- guitars; Michael Sullens- bass; David Chalmers- drums. Cuts: "Wings on my heart, Tennessee scrap iron man, Cotton eyed joe, Keep it in mind, Everything's gonna be alright, Baile de los changos, Roncho rondo, Excusa m'wah". *Vinyl is mint minus.
