FATS NAVARRO The Fabulous Fats Navarro Volume Two (Blue Note BLP 1532) RARE 1st Lexington EX+
RARE very first US pressing of "The Fabulous Fats Navarro Volume Two" on Blue Note Records (1956).

GRADING:

EX COVER with very reasonable general wear. Please see photos for details.

- Original front-laminated US first pressing sleeve.

- Small blue ink stamp ("O") on rear sleeve (at top right).

- Spine has some wear, including a small chip, as seen on photo. No seam splits.

- Thin paper inner sleeve in EX condition, with no seam splits.


EX++ to MINT- RECORD, played a few times at most. Practically no visible wear and superb audio all the way!

- Original deep groove pressing vinyl, 185 grams in weight.

- Very first pressing Blue Note labels with original "167 Lexington Ave NYC" address and minimal spindle wear.

- Tiny blue ink stamp ("0") on the Side One label.

- Minimal background crackle in between tracks, as well as in some quiet passages.

- A single faint hairline, exclusively from sleeve removal.

- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "BN-LP-1532-A" and "BN-LP-1532-B" and include the characteristic small "ear" logo. Signed by "RVG".


PLEASE NOTE: Not to be compared with the more-often-than-not substandard vinyl on offer on eBay, this item is in honestly-graded EX to MINT- condition: You will not find another copy of "The Fabulous Fats Navarro Volume Two" as nice as this one - especially at this bargain price. "True value for money" is the motto here!
