Description

This is an original Stern's AFrica Records pressing of this of this super dope and rare Afro Funk release from the Afro Beat master Fela Kuti entitled 69 Los Angeles Sessions. Upon arrival in LA Fela's band was called Koola Lobitos and it was this trip that changed his group's name to Fela Ransome Kuti and Nigeria 70. Ten tracks and the the standout for me are "My Lady Frustration," Eko" and "This Is Sad." Never re-pressed on vinyl and I have seen the original sell for $1,000 so get this nice pressing with NO RESERVE! STERN's AFRICA RECORDS - SLP 3005 Vinyl is M. Label is perfect.
