Description

FIELDS - self titled. 1971 CBS Records 69009. Made in England. Record is in very nice EX condition. Gatefold cover is in EX condition. Record slides in from the inside of the gatefold. Includes very rare original POSTER! Poster is in near mint, un-used condition. poster is the size of six album covers in two rows of three. Side One: Friends of mine - While the sun still shines - Not so good - Three minstrels - Slow Susan - Side Two : Over and over again - Feeling free -Fair-haired lady - A place to lay my head - The eagle . Members are : Graham Field- Andrew McCulloch - Alan Barry. A trio formed from diverse musicians from other groups such as KING CRIMSON and RARE BIRD. FIELDS is named after Graham Field, founding member of RARE BIRD and was responsible for many of the better tracks of the first two albums. As for FIELDS, this is a keyboard-led trio with bassist Alan Barry singing but also playing guitars and adding some Mellotron lines. Rounding up that trio is Andy Mc McCullough who had played on King Crimson's Lizard album, as well as with Manfred Mann, Arthur Brown, and Greg Lake. Shipping is $4.00.
