Sleeve = NEAR MINT (-) condition (has "Bob Grohl" address and set of numbers stamped on back sleeve - at least the second copy of this I have seen with the same info stamped on back - does anyone know anything about that?)
Record condition = NEAR MINT condition - labels are SUPER clean!!!
