*** Both the front and back images of this rare 7" vinyl singles picture sleeve along with A & B side labels are all shown above and further down below.
The item available here is a VERY GOOD+ CONDITION ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE and rare 7" VINYL SINGLE of the 1980 Eurovision song from VESA-MATTI LOIRI and his entry from Finland "HUILUMIES" in the original Finnish version just as it was performed on the Eurovision stage. The B-Side features another song by Vesa-Matti, "VIE MINUT VALOON". This rare 7" was issued by the Finnish GOLD DISC record label (GDS 249) and is among the most difficult Finnish entries to track down on 7" single and is always in demand when it comes up on auction. This is a great opportunity to add an original language Eurovision 7" to your vinyl record collection with the vinyl still in clean and shiny very good+ condition. The vinyl does have a few light surface scratches which can be seen when looking closely but the vinyl still plays to a pretty good standard. The ORIGINAL picture sleeve is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with some light creases in a few places The exact item I have on auction can be seen above and below in the camera photos. This item is a great addition to any Eurovision singles collection! This is also the only copy I still have left of the original PICTURE SLEEVE Finnish version of "HUILUMIES" so don't miss your chance to bid!
Back in the eighties and nineties I was quite well known among many Eurovision collectors around the world as I always stocked a large selection of Eurovision records and CD's and during the nineties even arranged and financed the official release to press some of the more rare entries for wider availability to collectors. I provided a Discography and photos of all Eurovision releases in the UK for RECORD COLLECTOR magazine and provided recordings and worked to get clearance for tracks on an official UK Eurovision CD release issued by VIRGIN. Due to moving house my Eurovision vinyl has been in safe storage for almost a decade. I have recently acquired back the very last copies of my Eurovision vinyl stocks. In many cases I am down to my very last copy of each entry, especially those in mint condition and I now plan to sell everything over the upcoming months, so keep checking back each week for new additions to my listings.
