This listing is for a very hard to find 7" single Record

Label has the text - Special Disc Jockey Record, and is a rare Promo
This is a USA pressing - please note that this is a US single before bidding.
Genre: Early Soul ,Doo Wop,
This single plays to a Very Good Plus grading standard.
There are some slight start up / run in crackles and maybe an isolated "click", but I enjoyed both sides, with no skips or sticks or anything like that. The record plays well.
Overall both sides play fine, and certainly to a VG+ standard.
Any light hairlines, or visible light marks, do not affect play.
Cub label was part of MGM, in the very early 1960s, for up and coming RnB releases and Disc Jockey Promos.
This is a much harder to find single record now, and especially as a Promo
The record comes in a plain white paper sleeve.
A great single to add to your DooWop collection
The Five Satins (of whom the legendary Fred Parris was also a member), as well as prominent artists in DooWop, made it over to the Northern Soul genre with a number of hits, including Ain't Gonna Dance and The Masquerade is Over and are probably best known for their massive DooWop hit In The Still of the Night.

It is important to make some allowance for older records and their sound quality, particularly on modern day turntables.
