EXTREMELY RARE LP BY THE FLAT EARTH SOCIETY
WALEECO LP. #FCLP 3027.
A HOLY GRAIL OF THE 60'S
PSYCH, FOLK ROCK SOUND.
A GREAT RECORD AND HOPELESSLY RARE.
PRESSED IN MINUSCULE NUMBERS.
THE BAND WAS FROM REVERE, MASS.
LOCATED OUTSIDE OF BOSTON, MASS.
THEY WROTE THEIR OWN MATERIAL
AND RECORDED THIS FANTASTIC ALBUM.
WALEECO, THE RECORD LABEL NAME,
WAS ACTUALLY A CANDY COMPANY AT THE TIME.
THEY FINANCED THE LP… HENCE THE TITLE...
I HOPE THEY'RE PROUD THAT THEY BACKED THIS PROJECT AND PUT IT OUT.
IT'S WORTH EVEY PENNY THEY SPENT!

IN A QUALITY STUDIO,
AT A TIME WHEN THEY WERE AT A VERY CREATIVE PEAK...
IN AN ERA OF THIS CLASSIC PSYCH, FOLK ROCK SOUND!
JOB WELL DONE… IT'S SWEET!
THE RECORD IS IN VG++ (PLAY GRADED) CONDITION.
VERY MINOR OCCASIONAL SURFACE NOISE. I MEAN VERY MINOR.
THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SURFACE MARKS ON SIDE TWO,
NOT SCRATCHES, PLAYS FLAWLESSLY!
TRULY A KEEPER COPY!
THE COVER IS IN GREAT CONDITION.
THERE IS WEAR TO THE BOTTOM SEAM,
IT'S NOT SPLIT, BUT CLOSE,
YOU CAN SEE A LITTLE LIGHT THROUGH IT, LOOKING AT IT FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
BUT STILL TIGHT. IT WAS THIS WAY WHEN I BOUGHT IT SOME 30 YEARS AGO.
SINCE I RECEIVED IT, TO BE SAFE, I'VE KEPT THE RECORD STORED OUTSIDE THE COVER
IN ITS ORIGINAL VG+ PAPER SLEEVE
THE FRONT COVER SHOWS VERY SLIGHT RING WEAR.
THE BACK COVER SHOWS A BIT MORE WEAR , DUE TO THE PLAIN BROWN DARK BACKGROUND.
I WOULD STILL RATE THE COVER AN 8.5 ON A 1 TO 10 SCALE.
IMPOSSIBLE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING FROM 1968
OF COURSE… NO BARCODES… NO CUTOUTS… NOT A RECORD CLUB ISSUE.
NO RIPS… TEARS… NO STICKER STAIN.
