Description
This second release by Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac on the original Blue Horizon label is a first pressing on thick vinyl 7-63205 with A1/B1 matrix numbers.(The matrix numbers are hand inscribed not stamped,"KT" is also hand inscribed on the run out of each side.) The disc itself still has a high gloss and has two minor surface marks on side 2 and a small amount of paper scuffing. (Please see photographs for a better idea of record quality). There is slight spindle marking on the labels but no hole wear.
The original UK patented poly lined inner sleeve is in excellent condition.
The laminated flipback gatefold sleeve (Ernest J Day) with its matt interior, is in excellent condition with no ringwear on the front and minor on the rear. There is a small amount of wear on the edge/spine corner junctions. There is very slight delamination of the spine but the rest of the cover is in excellent condition with minimal creasing and still has a high polish surface.
My name and old address are written on the inside of the outside edge of the rear cover and are thus not normally visible when the gatefold is open.
I bought the album from new and it has been kept upright in a custom built cupboard away from light and damp in virtually dust free conditions since then. It was probably played only about twent to thirty times around that period and has been unplayed since - apart from the check I carried out recently prior to listing it on Ebay.
