Compiled by Italian  music expert, DJ, and in-crowder Alessandro Casella (known for his work at Micca Club, Il Giaguaro, Sonorissima, etc.), FLIPPRE PSYCHOUT features 26 tracks that reimagine the entire spectrum of rock and psychedelia from the late 1960s to early 70s. It includes contributions from renowned Italian composers like Sandro Brugnolini, Roberto Conrado, Amedeo Tommasi, and Alessandro Alessandroni, known for his collaborations with Ennio Morricone. The compilation features tracks originally released on cult labels such as Canopo, Deneb, Flirt, and Octopus. The tracks on this Limited Edition collection blend cinematic soundscapes, space-age bachelor pad music, and atmospheric fuzzy psych-grooves. Casella stumbled upon the Flipper records at a flea market in Rome, a haven for collectors, where he unearthed these forgotten treasures. As an artistic advisor at Flipper Music today, Casella celebrates the creativity of composers who, with simple means, crafted suspenseful music using wah wah guitars, fuzz distorters, and distorted bass guitars.
