Description
American import 1st issue of the children's story soundtrack album 'Flipper's New Adventure' (1964) featuring various artists.
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer presents an Ivan Tors Production starring Luke Halpin and Flipper.
Story by Ivan Tors, based on characters created by Ricou Browning and Jack Cowden.
Various ?– Flipper's New Adventure (MGM Children’s Story Soundtrack) (1964)
Condition (refer also to notes at bottom): Vinyl: F-G. Superbly clean on visual inspection. No obvious signs of hairlines, scuffs or scratches. Just a few residue marks on both sides. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is great. Some surface noise at run-ins and static in places. Light clicking through first minute of side 1, when it jumps three or four times. So listed as fair-good. Plays with no skipping, other jumping or sticking. An enjoyable listen overall.
Outer sleeve (cover): VG. Colours are bright, unfaded and clean. Superb think paperstock card sleeve as is usual with these American releases. Corners have minor wear. Aperture corners slightly buckled. Aperture has one small area of peeling. Edges in great shape with only light crinkling. Spine crinkled but intact and readable. A few small creases in from spine but overall very good. Reverse side has a few small stains and light discolouration round edges but text readable and clear. A nice example.
Inner sleeve: EX. Original cream white paper with square corners and centre hole. Folds and creases. Clean and intact.

ITEM CONDITION - items are graded according to Record Collector definitions - see below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
