SLEEVE'S CONDITION: VG (see scan!)
RECORD'S CONDITION: VG (several light hairlines/ paper scuffs/ small fade trace due to pressing defect? nothing deep, record plays really great with very light background noise here and there!)
COMMENTS: ANOTHER CANADIAN HOLY GRAIL directly from my personnal collection! Deep deep deep uptempo funk and soul lp (loaded with heavy dance floor tracks "Oil In The Ground"/ "K Gee"/ "Rated X"....etc)! Very seldom seen record privately pressed out of Ottawa Ontario and released in Quebec only! Original Canadian pressing! very nice copy overall for a vinyl that rarely shows up... a must have! No reserve!
