THE FOUR BUDDIES "Delores"/"Look Out" RARE DOO WOP 45 on Club 51 105.

Record looks and plays a weak VG-. XOL, slight label staining. The record contains NO major flaws, NO warping, NO cracks, NO major deep marks, NO significant wax discoloration, NO skips. The record starts out with significant crackle and clears up as it goes. Overall, a well loved, but fairly straight copy of this holy grail of Chicago doo-wops!

Rare original red wax pressing!!! The dead wax numbers inscribed are as follows: "45-5002 27" and "45-5001 27".

Now, I rarely find doo-wop records. They have for the most part dried up from the streets of Chicago. Last year, I had what I thought was a once in a lifetime run in with an amazing collection of doo wop records from radio station WGRY that included a very clean OG copy of The Kings Men on Club 51. That record is RARE, and I certainly never thought I would ever find an even more rare doo wop record and certainly not an even more rare doo wop record on Club 51. Well, I was wrong!!!

While The Kings Men was found in Gary, this red wax original copy of The Four Buddies "Delores" was found not too far from the original Club 51 label headquarters and record shop at 527 East 63rd street in Chicago. It has not strayed too far from its home in the past 50 years, but it will likely embark upon a journey upon auction end. Please give this precious Chicago rarity a good home!!

Shipping for 45s is $4 in the US and $7 overseas. I combine shipping adding an extra $1 to shipping for each additional record purchased. Items over $200 must be shipped Registered which adds an extra $10.
