Collectors, don’t miss your chance to DISCOVER THE COMPLETE RECORDINGS OF THIS LEGENDARY FRENCH PIANIST. FRANCIS PLANTE (1939-1934) has been heard by Rossini, Berlioz and Liszt and was the pupil of Marmontel ! He had the chance to see Chopin played piano !!! His nickname was « LE DIEU DU PIANO » (« the God of piano) and he was one of the first musician to be recorded !!! This LP IS VERY RARE AND WAS NOT SOLD IN SHOPS. It was just available on special PRIVATE MAIL PRE ORDER and for a few weeks at the french national library. This record is the number 448 / 1000.

M- = Record in new condition, never played or looking like it. Sleeve as new.
EX = Record in superb condition, very rarely played, may present slight visible marks but no audible ones. Sleeve may present slight signs of natural aging.
VG+ = Record is really nice, may present a few visible marks which are slightly audible. Sleeve may present a few flaws like light openings, ringwear...
VG = Record has been played often, presents some visible and audible marks. Sleeve shows noticeable defects like heavy split seam, tears...
VG- = Record doesn't look nice because of general wear, it is in playable condition, but some/all tracks are noisy or click. Sleeve has noticeable general wear.
