Description

This is in very nice condition.  I found it in a garage I was cleaning out.  The cover is exceptionally clean on the front and still mostly  covered in the original shrink wrap.  The corners are crisp and not dinged.  The back cover has a wet spot mark as shown in the pictures.  Otherwise exceptionally clean.  The album inside is flawless with no notable marks, scratches or imperfections. The is not a dust cover over the album.  Just the original cardboard sleeve. 
Outside of the water spot on the back lower corner and slight musty smell from sitting in a garage for years this is in really nice condition.  Think it just needs to be aired out.
