DETAILS OF EACH RECORD:

Domino Recordings kick off a series of dastardly Franz Ferdinand reworks with this killer double header from Norway's finest, Lindstrom. Here he takes the live elements of the original "I'm Your Villain" and turns them into an epic, building (cosmic) disco-not-disco track, complete with squelchy acidic synth bass, syncopated keys, great vocal drop and guitar riffs. The flipside's extended mix is more more of the same, but with slightly less vocal in it.

The second in Domino's four FF remix twelves, and the first of three solely dedicated to the track "Outsiders". Ewan Pearson gives the track and acidic electrohouse remake in vocal and dub variations.

Playhouse tech-house producer Isolee reworks Franz Ferdinand's classic "Outsiders" in a slowly building, driving disco-tinged electrohouse style that keeps the vocal intact, but burys it under layers of tripped-out acid. On the flip you get the brilliant original version.

Twitch / Optimo really pull out all the stops on their brilliant reworks of Franz favourite "Outsiders", turning the live-sounding disco-not-disco / punk-funk sounds into a driving electrodisco epic that builds and drops throughout the track. Includes vocals and dub versions.
