Rare limited 4 lp edition of The Astaire Story by Fred Astaire, signed by Mr. Astaire himself. These are re-recordings in jazz style of his famous songs. The 4 lps, on blue vinyl, appear to have been never played - there are no markings, no scratches, even the edges are sharp! The album itself is like an old photo album with a plastic spiral binding. The front cover and front protective sheet are loose from this binding (a common occurrence), but all of the pages are attached. The pages with the pictures are on quality paper and show little-to-no wear. The pages with narrative are on parchment paper and show limited wear on the bottom or right side. The inside of the covers show some wear as well. (See the pictures for examples - note that not every page or lp is shown.) Again I must emphasize - this rare edition is signed by Fred Astaire himself and you won't find the records in better shape! Good luck and thanks for looking!
