Description
For the Bowhunter who appreciates heritage, this is good to have. Both Fred Bear and Curt Gowdy are now deceased, and corporations don't make LP albums like this any longer.
As you can tell in the photos, there is no inner sleeve, the corners are frayed, the album edge pokes out of the bottom, and the surface of the jacket is worn. The records itself plays with no skips, though there is a bit of noise from dust.
I won't claim it's "Good" condition, because it's not. It is in PLAYABLE condition.
Fred Bear's insights into hunting are timeless and good. Notably, he said, "I have great respect for the Polar Bear". Apparently he was able to bag one, back in the good old days. Nowadays, importing Polar Bears is not allowed. It hearkens back to another time, back to a time Curt Gowdy was an well-know sportscaster, and the USA was landing men on the moon.
When this auction ends, I will be on a long trip, so I won't be able to ship it until Tuesday Jan. 15th.
