Description

LEE MORGAN

The Night Of The Cookers
Live At Club Marchal
Volume 2

BLUE NOTE BST-84208

Impossibly rare original stereo LP in stunning NM- condition

"VAN GELDER" stamped into deadwax

With Lee Morgan, James Spaulding, Harold Mabern Jr., Larry Ridley, Pete La Roca, Bib Black

Cover shows only some light and minor shelf wear. Holes punched through upper and lower right. Top and bottom right each split about 3". No tape, no writing. See photo.

Vinyl -- in original Blue Note paper sleeve -- boasts much of its original shine, gloss and luster. It looks as if rarely played. I can see just a faint few light and completely superficial surface marks that I mention for honesty's sake alone. I'll easily grade at  NM- and I do wonder if others would grade even higher.

All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
