FREE - TONS OF SOBS 

- RARE UK PINK RIM ISLAND ILPS 9089 EXCELLENT CONDITION 

What we have here is a rare UK issue of legendary FREE debut TONS OF SOBS, sligtly later pressing on pink rimmed Island label, but what makes it special is that it is cut by legendary George Peckham. Not so rare as first pressing on pink "eyeball" label or even rarer "pink block" label, still very collectible. Very loud punchy cut with superb sound. 

 

Record is in great condition, has a few light superficial marks only on side two that are not audiable, no scratches, no sticks and jumps. Shiny as new vinyl. Matrixes are ILPS 9089 A3-U PORKY, ILPS 9089 B-3U PECKO. Record plays perfectly, with loud punchy sound, no distortion, with only occasinal background noise and pops in the run in grooves and in between tracks, but nothing serious. Strictly grade as EXCELLENT. Labels are clean, without writing, label on side 1 is a bit off center about 3-4 milimmetres check the photo, this mispress makes it a bit special. 

Record comes housed inside original polylined inner and original ROBOR LIMITED printed gatefold picture sleeve in superb condition. Earlier pressings were housed inside E.J.Day printed sleeve that was very easiliy worn, later Robors were made bit stronger and have survived wild rock & roll times better. This one is in superb rarely seen condition, Edges and corners have minimal storage wear, no reaps and tears, spine is 100% legible, front and back have just the slightest hint of light rubbing. Inside gatefold cover perfect without any blemishes. Easily graded EXCELLENT+. Check photos for details.
