If payment is not received within 2 working days a non paying bidder alert will be filed with ebay (without exception!).
DELAYED OR LOST ITEMS:
Proof of postage is acquired for each item that we dispatch, therefore we will not accept responsibility for any items lost or delayed. However we will do out utmost to help with any claim made.
FAULTY GOODS:
Will only be replaced or refunded (less postage) if returned in original packaging and in un-used condition within 7 days.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Will not be refunded or replaced by ourselves, compensation claims will have to be pursued directly to the Royal Mail or The Courier Company used
