The Freedom: "Colonna Sonora Tratta Dal Film Omonimo NEROSUBIANCO" 1969, Italy/Atlantic-RiFi 08028. Disc is EX visually with some very minor sleeve marks, looks like it would play M- but the pressing quality is not 100% and there is some light noise from the vinyl. I think an unplayed copy would be no better! Cover has some dulling of the lamination, a few small creases, this gets a strong VG+ grade. IMPOSSIBLY RARE UK POP PSYCH FREAKBEAT DEBUT LP BY FREEDOM, this is so rare that I'll bet none of the guys in the band have ever seen it! A very different incarnation of Freedom appears on this LP, only Bobby Harrison carried on to the "Freedom At Last" LP released later that year in France and Germany. And this doesn't sound like the later Freedom albums, it's more fashionably psychedelic hard pop and not bluesy at all. "Born Again" is an evil freakbeat killer but much of the album sounds like the Small Faces' "Ogden's Nut Gone Flake" LP. In retrospect, it must have been frustrating for these cats to have two fine albums out in Europe and relative anonymity at home in Britain. I have no doubt that I'll never see another copy of this one! Have a look at the photos below. PLEASE NOTE: I have set my shipping prices to cover my cost on an average basis. Your box may cost me a bit less to mail than I charged you, or a bit more. Records and jackets don't all weigh the same amount, therefore I can't set a "perfect" price for everyone, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL! The price for mailing one album to Europe can vary by as much as $3.00.

POSTAGE RATES USA: 1 album by Priority Mail is $6.00, 2 albums is $7.50. Media Mail is slower, slightly less expensive and much more likely to arrive damaged. 1-2 albums by Media Mail is $4.00. I will quote you rates for larger orders. If you want me to double-box your order for extra protection, ask me to quote you a price.

INSURANCE RATES USA: If your item is worth under $50, there is a "cheap" insurance available for $1.30. This type of insurance offers no security; the postman can leave this package behind with your other mail. "Real" insurance that requires a signature at your end for delivery is available for the following rates: $0-$100, $2.20. $101-$200, $3.20. $201-$300, $4.20. I've never lost a package in the USA, but a couple have been damaged and the insurance paid off. Loss or damage is your responsibility once the box is in the mail, so consider the insurance...

MEXICO, U.K., EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, N.Z.: 1 album, $12.00. 2 albums, 14.00. I will quote a price to any customer with a larger order. If you want me to double-box your order for extra protection, ask me to quote you a price. If your package is valuable, Registered Mail is available to most countries. Registration is an additional $8.00 on any parcel. I recommend Registered mail for all parcels to Italy & Mexico but all orders are carefully packed and are rarely lost or damaged!
