FRICTION, ‘Walk Alone’ b/w ‘Let Go’ (Endangered Species, 198?)
Later release from the small, Erie, PA-based Endangered Species label, familiar to punk collectors mainly as the home of PISTOL WHIP and the FRENCHMEN. Unfortunately, Friction’s more up-to-date AOR/hard rock approach fared little better than the label’s previous efforts and undeservedly went nowhere. A great two-sides of hi-tech, high-I.Q. pomp rock, with some really nifty guitar-work. Their only single; never in sleeve. DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS! CLICK BELOW FOR SOUND CLIPS!
