1969 uk Spark SRL.1027. EX+. Here is a ultra-rare original uk copy of this musically superb 1969 heavy psych-rock 45 by 'The Fruit Machine'. Both tracks really are musically fantastic, the top-notch heavy psych A-side is a really brilliant tune with great moody vocals and some outstanding lead guitar, the whole track just gels perfectly, 'I'm Alone Today' is simply a flawless sounding slice of late 60s uk psych-rock that will definitely not disappoint the fan of such music. The B-side is a really excellent cover of the 'Jack Bruce/Eric Clapton/Cream' track 'Sunshine Of Your Love', this track also has plenty of excellent lead guitar and sounds superb throughout. With this listing i have provided complete MP3s of both sides, these MP3s were taken directly from the vinyl, they have not been altered or cleaned up in any way, so what you hear is what you will get. This mega-rare always in demand uk heavy psych 45 does not surface for sale very often at all, especially in such excellent clean condition as this, this is a EX+ original first pressing, both sides have a great original sheen, there are no bad surface marks, scuffs or scratches at all, there are just a few very minor light signs of use, both sides play and sound top excellent throughout with no annoying clicks or pops and no loud crackle and there is no lessoning in the sound quality, this 45 just looks, plays and sounds superb throughout. The fully textured silver/red Spark labels are in excellent condition. The 45 comes in a tan paper sleeve which is also in excellent condition.
If you collect rare Mod, Psych and Freakbeat 45's, and the stranger and more obscure beat and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's, then this musically brilliant mega-rare 1969 UK heavy psych 45 by 'The Fruit Machine' would make a really superb addition to any serious collection.
