Description
Funkadelic Maggot Brain 1st Press Westbound Records WB 2007. Unipak Cover is strong VG. Corner wear, seam wear. Tiny to medium crease marks / veins on front, back & inside. LP is where it’s at. Pitman pressing designated by WB 1 2007 A / WB-1-2007-B-RE1 etchings in runouts. VG++ Shiny Wax, clean like new labels. Just a few trace wispy marks, hardly any on side A just a few on side B. These are only noticeable under stringent inspection. Will not affect play. Most sellers would grade this NM easy. I grade conservatively so new owner is beyond satisfied with the record condition. I have another 1st Press that is significantly lower visual quality that actually plays with out much distortion. Also have blue label Reissue from mid 70’s that is dynamic and my go to player copy. Have a bunch of the later reissues that sound wack / inferior to pretty much any 70’s issue Westbound. Point is, this LP was a crown jewel / holy grail / for display purposes only part of my collection. Probably played once or twice in the 25 years it has been in my collection. See pictures.

Will be hyper securely packaged with LP out of sleeve to ensure that Cover arrives in current condition. Oversized mailer with whiplash bumpers will be used with filler boards, foam, bubble wrap for maximum safety during transit. Will ship same day if possible or next day at the latest.
Please Note I can’t ship priority on 12/23 as rates increase dramatically at USPS, FED EX, UPS for 2 day Priority service. Of course all Shippers will be rightfully closed on 12/25 & 12/26 is Sunday. So if purchased on 12/23 or after, the earliest shipping day will be 12/27.
