It is one of the most iconic tunes and albums of its generation by one of the most iconic bands of any generation and now it's back in print. This special long player comes with a 12" of the titular track. Funkadelic was of course a key part of the vast and vital p-funk empire that was overseen by the one and only George Clinton. His wildly colourful band was famous for a unique combination of rock, psychedelia and soul music and despite being so idiosyncratic they crossed over into the pop mainstream and gained an international following. They are now regarded as one of the key innovators in the world of funk and this tenth studio album was their most commercially successful.
