rare UK vinyl 5LP box set released on plum EMI / HIS MASTERS VOICE label with catalognumber HQM 1001-5. The beautiful box with laminated front and gold imprint lettering, complete with libretto booklet and vinyl all 'AS NEW' in perfect MINT condition - vinyl is obviously UNPLAYED and seems it has never even been taken out of its innersleeves ... Famous reference performance by Furtwangler conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra feat. Kirsten Flagstad, Ludwig Suthaus, Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Blanche Thebom ... recorded with true audiophile soundquality. ...see photo.
