Jacket/Sleeve:  VG
Vinyl is VG+ with some light hairlines & paper scuffing.  Play tested, & plays well.  Sleeve is lower VG with general shelf wear, wear on edges/corners, black felt tip marker on front cover with name written, & bottom seam almost completely separated.  See photos.
