Few heads will know System Of A Down's frontman Serj Tankian runs a record label, but for those who do know, they're all in agreement that he has great taste. In 2007, American alt-metal band Fair To Midland released 'Fables From A Mayfly' on Serjical Strike, and now Music On Vinyl is giving said album a re-run for its money, in celebration of its 15th Anniversary. Charting angsty nu-metal and impossible emo breakdowns - a rawer, more interesting equivalent of Linkin Park or BMTH could achieve, if you will - this is one of those albums that might just ignite renewed interest in nu-metal.
