Description

Failure's classic album Fantastic Planet on 180gram double LP. The record is brand new and factory sealed.

Fantastic Planet is the third and final studio album by the American rockband Failure. It was the last album released on Slash Records asdistributed by Warner Bros. Records. The album failed to charton Billboard's Top 200albums, but did produce a charting single with"Stuck on You", which reached #23 on Billboard's AlternativeSongs Chart. The album was produced by Failure themselves in a processthat took longer than their previous two albums, with one song being recordedand produced soon after being written, and repeating this process. Space-rockthemes course through the album's lyrics, as well as various indirectreferences to drug addiction, drug-related experiences, and prostitution. Sevenof the album's songs were also included on Failure's Essentials, a best-ofcollection from 2006. The album was pressed on vinyl for the first time in2010, however it was originally released in 1996.
